The T-1000 Advanced Poly-Bagger™, for example, can act as a stand-alone machine or the nucleus of your customized packaging line. Plus, you don't have to be an engineer to operate our machines because they are designed to be user-friendly, fast and accurate!

Advanced Poly-Packaging Products
Advanced Poly-Packaging, Inc. manufactures automatic bagging equipment and systems and pre-opened bags on rolls.
Some Special Features on our equipment include: Touch Screen Operator Panels "User-Friendly" PLC Interface : Job Save/Recall, Pop-up screens for troubleshooting, Automatic bag length detection, stepper drives for precise seal and print registration and systems integration to auxiliary equipment. Once setup, store up to thirty (30) bag settings for future use.
PLC functions include: Predetermined Counter: Preset the T-1000 to stop with a predetermined number of bags packaged. Totaling Counter: reset this counter at the beginning of each shift or day to record packaging production.
Options Available Although the T-1000 is extensively equipped with many "built-in" options, various auxiliary options and equipment can easily be added for special purpose packaging, including thermal in-line printing.
Advanced Poly-Bags Using Advanced Poly-BagsTM (Pre-opened bags on rolls manufactured by Advanced Poly-Packaging, Inc.) with sizes ranging from 2" x 3" to 13-1/2" x 24" and thickness from 1 mil to 5 mil, increased savings are in the bag!

Upgrade your packaging facilities with a packaging system designed to lower your costs. The T- 1000 Advanced Poly-BaggerTM is a versatile, easy to operate packaging system for long or short packaging runs where labor reduction and fast changeover is important. Although the T-1000 Advanced Poly-BaggerTM is extensively equipped with several "built-in" options, various auxiliary options and equipment can easily be added for special purpose packaging. Built-in options include: a "user- friendly" PLC/controller with the ability to store up to thirty pre-run orders, a telecommunications port for off-site troubleshooting and networking capability for remote access to production information, a predetermining counter, a totaling counter, an automatic bag in-feed, and more. The T-1000 Advanced Poly-BaggerTM is a system designed to lower your packaging costs with high speeds, versatility, reliability, and simplicity.
High Speeds - Indexes, opens, seals, and tears off a bag at rates over 100 cycles per minute.
Versatility - Mobile rugged castors for packaging at any product station throughout your facility. Ideal for numerous short runs with virtually no production loss for job changeovers since all that is required is a a roll change and recalling the bag settings from memory.
Reliability - Crafted from the highest quality components and materials to withstand the most rigorous manufacturing environment; sturdy mounts with castors, and rugged frame guarantee long life and usefulness with minimal maintenance.
Simplicity - A "user friendly" menu-driven program allows an operator to set up the bag options and auxiliary equipment, save the settings in memory, and recall those settings for repeat runs. Then, simply insert the product and press a foot switch.
Special Features Included On The T-1000 Energy Conservation & Component Saver To extend its life and conserve energy in your plant, the T-1000 is programmed to sequentially shut components down when not in use for extended periods. First, the motor will shut off until the foot switch is pressed or a signal is received to initiate operation. Later, current to the heater bar will discontinue and place the T-1000 in the stop mode. shortly thereafter, all air flow will be shut off preserving compressed air. Finally, a screen saver is provided, which you may set to automatically shut off after 5 minutes or 15 minutes of non-use.
Predetermined Counter
Preset the T-1000 to stop with a predetermined number of bags packaged. Set the quantity of finished bags to complete a work order or fill a shipping container. Once the work order is complete or the container is full, the T-1000 will stop to alert the operator to begin the next work order or to push aside the box to begin filling another. <start> continues the operation with minimal delay.
Totaling Counter
Reset this counter at the beginning of each shift or day to record packaging production over a period of time.
Maintenance Counter/Chart
Periodically check this counter (total machine cycles) to determine preventative maintenance component inspection intervals for inspection/maintenance criteria and intervals.
Twin-SealTM Option
Seal the bag a second time, 3/8" from the first seal for additional bag integrity.
Continuous Strip Option
Leave bags connected in an "endless" strip or a predetermined number of strips of sealed bags.
Networking Capability
Allows remote access to PLC for production and status reports.
Communications Port/Modem
Allows for off-site access to PLC.
Anti-Jam Device
During the loading and sealing operation, this device will detect obstructions and automatically reverse the pressure bar and discontinue the cycle operation.
